Lastonia Leviston has sued rapper 50 Cent in New York. Leviston is claiming 50 Cent unlawfully distributed her homemade sex video over the Internet. There are a few things going on in the aforementioned sentences, which need to be addressed; the woman’s name for one, no I didn’t typo that’s what someone saw fit to name her; 50 Cent is still alive, I know, I know, I was as shocked as you; 50 Cent is worth suing and hasn’t smoked up/ otherwise spent the money made early on in his career. Interesting. Back to the story, 50 Cent is alleged to have edited himself into Leviston’s sex video, as its wig-wearing narrator.
According to MSNBC, Leviston filed a lawsuit on Wednesday in Manhattan. She is claiming unauthorised use of her name or image and emotional distress caused by the public release of a video she made with a lover in 2008.
The lawsuit claims 50 Cent posted the video on his Web site last year after blurring out the lover’s face. It also claims the rapper introduces the video while wearing a curly wig and fluffy blue robe. [MSNBC]
