If you are in FireFox or Opera all you need to do is click on the RSS icon in the right-hand side of your browsers address bar, there are no fees, no log in details required and no commitment is necessary,

Click on the RSS icon, near the top of the sidebar, in order to subscribe in a reader (such as Google Reader),

You can enter your email address into the subscription box, near the top of the sidebar; a confirmation email will be sent and all you need to do is click to verify. I will never trade or spam your email and you can un-subscribe easily at any time.
